I’ve submitted multiple inquiries and complaints from Coinbase but have yet to hear back from them. I was able to lock my account and change the password but it was too late. I tried getting in contact with Coinbase but they have no contact number. I changed my yahoo password immediately and recovered the deleted emails from yahoo. I then noticed through my Yahoo email notification of unauthorized transaction, but when the logged on to my email, the message was deleted from both my inbox and deleted from my trash. Well you can transfer you sim card to any device you want and I will show you 3 ways you c. I took me three times to call and lock my account. Verizon wants you to get multiple data plans for all your devices. I tried calling calling Coinbase immediately but the service on my phone wasn’t working. The last 5 text messages were verification codes needed to login into Coinbase. The first text I received from Coinbase stated that my password had been reset. This past Saturday I had about 6 text message from Coinbase. I believe that my Coinbase account was comprised through a sim swap hack. I believe that my Verizon phone number was compromised. So I didn’t know that this was thing, but I wanted to know if anyone experience this problem before.
